I have to admit I never liked Meganium, but all these shitty starter war threads are a pain in the ass. Always thought Typhlosion was pretty cool until they removed the flame collar. And Feraligatr's 3D model also looks pretty lame...

My Meganium served me well in my Sun nuzlocke before her death against Totem Mimikyu. Could usually tank hits the best on the team and was able to set up Reflect and the like for her teammates.

Wrong, Thunder Punch is special in that gen and EQ is viable for it given the EV system. Not surprising that someone who was still a kid when gen 5 was out wouldn't know that, though.

I used to hate Meganium especially after it's incredibly ugly HGSS follower sprite but random battles + 3D model have really grown on me. It's not a bulky sweeper like most other starters, but it's probably the best supporter/defensive one.
