Primarina, you can easily enjoy, gr8 A E S T H E T I C S, but holy shit, you have to make sure it has at least a bath/pool to be in, food, take care of dem vocal cords. Tough shit. In return, you get the most beautiful of serenades, adorable smiles, a Pokemon adoring you in general, and the best motherfucking BUBBLES you've ever seen. Also kick-ass special tank.
On the flip side, you barely gotta do shit for Tsureena. Just give it some food/berries occasionally, but if you're not careful, she'll step on you. Literally. Just basically try not to be evil, autistic, or upsetting around her. In return, she smells good, arguably has even better A E S T H E T I C S than Primarina, a 100% shot that your plant's a girl, and will beat the shit out of your enemies.
Tough call. I'll go with Primarina tho', because I'm a sucker for that face.
