No, I get what the OP means, I think. If Porygon represents the first forays into 3d modeling, and Porygon2 is a more clean, stylized upgrade, then Porygon3 is a near photo realistic model.
Having said that, I don't think OP's pic is quite right for the look; that's more Porygon as organic, rather than the vaguely uncanny valley pink and blue duckbird that the hi-res version 3 should be. Might be cool, if done right.
Porygon-Z makes for an awesome cap to the line though, so I doubt we'll see any more additions to the family. Maybe a Mega, if they're still doing those.
