What the fuck, why does this thing learn every good move in lv60+ when the league is lv50 (in BW2), did you use this? Is it any good or is there a good TM for it?

Step 1: trade it to a completed file of another gen 5 game
Step 2: use the flamethrower tm on it
Step 3: trade it to a copy of BW2
Step 4: go to Driftveil and go to the toutor to teach it signal beam
Step 5: trade it to the file you traded it from

It's still really strong for the story. I got it in my most recent bw2 playthrough thinking it won't be overpowering the game with fire spin and gust, but I was greatly mistaken. Once you get Fire Blast TM, then it stops being funny.
