this gen only incineroar could be called humanoid, the other 2 are still pretty much animals.
also humanoid starters have been a thing since gen 3, with blazikeen and to a lower degree sceptile, there are always been a starter that could be described as humanoid shaped in every gen since.

I don't know if humanoid is the right word for Decidueye and Primarina because they don't really have a truly human-like body shape (Incineroar definitely is humanoid, though).
I think anthropomorphic would be a more accurate word to use.
