Was there ever a point in one of the early pokemon movie (either one or 2 or mewtwo returns) where misty and jessy were in an argument about sexual appeal? I remember the scene fondly

I've re-watched all 3 movies and this scene wasn't in there but I vividly remember watching it on TV as a kid. Was this a Warner Bros tv only edit or is this some kind of bernstien bears effect? Or maybe I'm an idiot and that scene is actually in the movie somewhere or in an episode?

It's not confusing it with a scene from the 2000 movie, that is different. Does anybody remember?
