In just one save though, it is X.
My main 3DSXL log says 5400 and change went into X so far (with only 120 of them being on the digital copy on that system).
Unlike Emerald, I have not reset this one since I have 5 copies of each Gen 6 game.
Bonus number: I've sunk over 60K hours into the series in total.
