I think TPC and Gamefreak thinks older fans will play pokken and they will continue targeting the mainline games for kiddies

I know Pokemon mainline games are kid games to begin but sun and moon took it to the next level.

The Pokemon direct advertisement of the game was pretty much older fans play pokken and young kids play pokken

This probably won't change even 1% of the game sells, I mean it did good on the WII U, if a game can do good on the Wii U it can at least do good on the Switch.
