the Latis qualify on the dragon half but not the gorilla half imo and I see all the gad as being dragons with buff arms, or being directly connected to them, with the gorilla arms being the most prominent factor to look for. If the mon doesn't have gorilla arms, they aren't included, except Kyurem, which is literally half of Kyurem-B, so he needs to be included somewhat.
