Primarina is weird because it's so overtly feminine, but it's still a pretty fresh design, and interesting. Not necessarily a favorite, but nothing is particularly wrong with it.
Decidueye is the most decent of the three imo, though I wish it had kept some of the lighter colors of its prevos, and those wings/arms are kind of an issue imo, but they still hold up fine imo and their gimmick is worth it and interesting. Plus it being Grass/Ghost was just really sweet.
