fire is a decent offensive typing but it needs something else, the most helpful thing would be ground since it hits other fire types and rock types that resist fire
it can't rely n scarf for speed so it needs a significant boost to let's say 120 and 149 SpA
40 more points to go, 10 def +spdef 20 attack for maybe wild charge coverage.
I don't think from then on it needs a significant further boost in form of an ability, it's fast and will do a lot of damge, but it should go down quite easily too with many weaknesses and the general strenght of OU. his HA flash fire seems fine
