Daisuki Club does these things a lot and theyre always some website section about the current topic, usually not even done well enough to make you hyped..but hey we may get a new image or 2 about mystery lore

Ever consider why Serebii hasn't posted it?

According to Serebii himself, it's a teaser for a subsite of the Pokémon Daisuki Club website focused on Pokémon not of this world.
