>>33055299It's good on defensive electric sets. Because you aren't worried about doing the most damage in those cases, having the better paralysis chance is more beneficial than edging out on damage.
You'll mostly only ever see it on defensive Zapdos or Stunfisk.
Surprisingly absent on most rotom sets, and I'm not sure why. Volt Switch is usually used since it's a great pivot, but a lot of them will still use that and t-bolt on the same set. I'm surprised bulkier sets don't try to substitute t-bolt for discharge. My only reasoning would be because most of them run wil-o-wisp, and you don't wanna risk getting the para on a mon you want to burn. You still risk it with t-bolt, but that risk is minimized.
