Organize your image folders regularly, /vp/. You have at least four dupes of the same Sabrina image and you don't even know it.
Also make a folder for every character you save an image of, I don't care if you only have one image of them, it'll bite you in the ass later if you don't. Separate these by human characters and Pokemon. And for group images, separate by gen. If a reaction image you still have from 2010~ is a blurry 100x100 JPEG it's probably time you dump that shit.
