WPM is absolutely shit and acts like a self righteous cunt. He has the staff do pointless shit to fulfil his vision for the site (he's been working on a wiki to rival bulbapedia for years and has been teasing it, but it's pretty much just content ripped from bulbapedia), yells at the staff for not understanding his grand visions, then complains about how tough it is for him to direct movies and run pokebeach while everyone else holds him down. He completely full of himself and actually thinks his site is comparable to others
If you want a general overview of his character, he's a stereotypical genwunner. He hasn't played any of the recent games and constantly spouts how amazing the original season of the anime was compared to the shit we have now. He's not wrong about the anime, but it's cancerous how much of its cock he sucks. It confuses me why he still has the site open when his love for the franchise is purely for nostalgic reasons, especially when you consider the point I alluded to of him complaining about conflicts with his personal life.
There's also no room for arguing with him. If you try to argue on why working on a certain project is a waste of resources (seriously, that wiki has been an on and off again project for years and has gone nowhere), he'll completely ignore your opinion and get some other cuck to do it for him without question. Spoiler: that project will probably fail while wasting an entire year that could have been spent elsewhere.
I couldn't even last a few months without getting pissed at his effeminate voice and constant bitching about getting shit done. Enough was enough.
