How many Pokemon are waifus? Now I know technically any Pokemon could be someone's waifu, but just because you waifu Cryogonal, doesn't mean it's typically seen as a waifu. So what I'm asking is what Pokemon are 'waifu-bait' so to speak in that they are typically seen as such by the majority. Additionally what would be good criteria for determining such?
I ask because I hear about how Gen 7 is the 'waifu' gen because of a disproportionate amount of the designs being waifus but I want to know just how true this is. Additionally I want to see what type is the most 'waifued' and likewise which type is the least.

I ask you as this question is going to need a consensus to be properly answer it, and I do not have a waifu so I am ignorant on the topic.
