Not really. Even in AG, the tier without species clause and Arceus hits over 100% in usage in the high ladder, it still D-rank in viability and not even top 100 usage.

Unfortunately its not so great defensive due to only resisting itself, sneaky pebbles, fightiing+rock+fire moves being very common and it doesn't help that avalugg( the very physically defensive wall thats supposed to stop physically attackers often loses to them in a 1vs1

Bug is pretty bad, too. Bug have it hard but they can perform well and Rock have the problem of glaring weakness to Water, Grass and every special attack as almost rock type have a high defense while having a pathetic spdef

first, make a few more fast hard-hitting ice types. Like ice types with stat spreads similar to Infernape, Gengar, and Staraptor, less of those slow bulky things.

You can let the bulky Ice types be a little better by letting Ice resist Ground and maybe Dragon. I'd say just ground is probably enough.

Finally, let Hail boost the Physical Defense of Ice types the way Sandstorm helps Rock types SpD. This would help pokemon with Slush Rush switch in easier, as well as vastly improving the defense of Aurora Veil setters.

Pressure is actually good in Ubers, though. Moves like Sacred fire, Draco Meteor, and Extreme Speed are easy to run out with a couple Pressure pokes on your team, making opponents easier to counter and predict after a few turns.
