Gen4 events in general were amazing, though. I didn't get any of the gen3 events in my country, and with gen4 all I had to do was connect to the wifi, which made shit like this much comfier. They might not be as "rare", but event-only areas ended with gen5, which is sad.

I think if you transfered it to gen v you could get avzorua in BW too, and it's the only way for celebi to know nasty plot
it's certainly one of the most useful events
