I would rather have a Frontier with some decent gimmicks that change the entire way you approach battles in a way you can't experience outside of it, like the Battle Arena scoring system or a not-shit Battle Palace, or implement some good out of battle aspects, like the Battle Pyramid had with its mazes.

"Hey do you remember region don't you love region" doesn't do much for me, especially when it restricts the teams you can fight as it does. The only part of the PWT I really liked was the Swap Tournament, but it still wasn't much.

Yes that would save the entire 3DS era and would be a testament to old generations and proof that GF still has some respect to fans who like good post game facilities. The problem is they probably wont bother with creating 60+ human models just for this feature. Its not impossible and maybe they already were doing that around SM development hence why some of them made into SM but the rest was held off for USUM. But dont count on it too much

PWT covers all that, has the type specialist tournaments, only 3 battles and you know mostly what pokemon the trainers inside will have and can prepare accordingly. I don't even care about the old trainers, just want something fun to win BP.
