A Pokemon's hidden power type now gives it a second / third pseudo-STAB -- every move matching the hidden power type now deals 25 or 33% more damage. How does the meta change?

I'm retarded and forgot to add:
It can stack with existing STABs for MAXIMUM DABLAGE
And Hidden Power does not need to be currently known by the Pokemon for them to get the boost.

it would be a bit more interesting if it required their IVs to not be perfect to get the boost. like you could sacrifice stats for a mini stab.
