I'd imagine it would be soft, adorable, sweet, purring happily as it grooms you along with itself.
Other contenders would, of course, be Torracat and Incineroar, who I think would be super fluffy, warm, and super sweet if you were a nice trainer to them early on.
I think most fire types would fall into that category.
Think about cuddling a Flareon, they would be the perfect sleeping buddy on cold winter nights. Cats are still my favorite top pick, so I think I would just pick them as the best to cuddle with regardless purely out of biased opinion.
It may not be right, but I think I can accept it.
