It's a book about a teenager with a fetish for farts that is also fixated on Pikachu. Oh, and there's Vladimir Putin who's infatuated towards the Rule 63 of Donkey, from Shrek.

It's not exactly what you think it's like. From what I remember a trainer feeds her pikachu beans and he goes around farting to win battles. It's not as fetish-y as one might assume.
