During my most recent play through of Colosseum I did manage to beat Evice without grinding. Hell I was just coasting through the game didn't even expect to get past Nascour.

>Umbreon just face tanked everything and stalled out with Toxic Protect
>Scizor Baton Passed a silver wind boost to Tyranitar allowing me to nab it early

And Suicune's bulk helped out a ton.

Thinking about it, there wasn't even "that kid" with an e-Reader. Nobody owned an e-Reader.

Grinding is BORING. Nobody wants to do boring grinding right before you go into the final boss after the hype is building for it. That kills the hype

In fact, even without bosses not many people actually ENJOY grinding. It sucks..
