I don't think people realize how Gen 1 material left the door open to suggest there would be more than 151 Pokemon.

Whenever some fans make parodies where the trainers become a mouthpiece for their frustrations of the franchise, it only shows how little they paid attention.

Depends upon what you mean I like the general theme of the Kris character more, but the B2/W2 design of Iris is clearly superior.

Now I actually kind of wonder if someone's put Kris in Iris' outfit but not enough to bother Googling it.

Canon means it has to be confirmed by official sources. Confirmed doesn't mean "it is suggested, therefore it is likely", it means it's proven to be true in an academically sound fashion.

Fans being accepting of an idea enough to the point the consensus wants it to be the case doesn't mean it actually IS. You people need to be more careful with how you use words.
