But Misty barely did much in most episodes. Most of her Pokemon were generally unused; she had to scrap Starmie and Horsea because she didn't use them that much. Togepi didn't have any battle screentime and actually had to wait until AG before it actually did something and evolved. Goldeen doesn't do shit either beside stay in the water; it only occasionally battled.
Staryu, Politoed, Psyduck, and Corsola are Misty's only Pokemon that actually got decent screentime. That's fucking sad.
Iris at least used all of her Pokemon much more often (even Axew, who barely battled at all, still had more screentime and feats than, say, Goldeen or Horsea).
