Is anyone having a problem with the current global mission?

I've game synced and I'm in the mission and I have even won the lottery a few times (pp ups and today a rare candy) but none of the results have been registered to my game sync. Anyone else have this problem? In the past I haven't really had to put much effort into syncing my game, the results just auto-recorded, so why is this time different?
