If your lungs are shit then you'll probably have a life expectancy of under 5 years

No natural sunlight so your plants are fucked and therefor oxygen is barely anywhere. Also you can't' grow shit so the place relies heavily on importing.

The city is basically a home to criminals so expect to get mugged, stabbed, or some kind of trouble.

Also an earthquake kinda destroys the city in Pokemon XD so don't expect to live happily down there at all.
