Hawlucha and Incineroar are ugly garbage and Machamp already fullfills the wrestling role quite a bit, Pikachu is just "muh kawaii animu look it's dressing as a wrestler but is actually cute and useless XDDDDDDDDD", japs are into that shit for some reason and that's why they dislike muscle mons.
