Also the helmet would be 100% worthless if it was bipedal unless they made it a semi quadruped. The helmet is a shell, so any shell it carries is going to be used as a weapon. I don't think its that bad of a design, while being a fully bipedal would increase it's appeal, there is some merits of it being primarily quadrupedal.
