GF would not put a primitive genesect(eventmon) as the symbol of a fossil park of all things..Would they ever make a genesect like that? Possibly. It'd be another special mon if anything, though, and it would likely not be introduced in this gen unless it'd be another eventmon...which brings us back to point 1- they wouldn't put an eventmon in that park, much less put its head as the symbol of the park sign
