even though she's starting to bealso, compare the elite four to everything before it, the gyms were an actual challenge, except for the first few, and even the barry fight just before the elite four is on level curve, but then the elite four keeps jumping levels every fucking fight (i can see this happening now because of how the new exp share works). i shouldn't have to farm exp, ev train, or use pokemon i don't like just to win a fucking npc fight, this isn't clover
