A lot of """""realistic""""" Pokemon art tries to make Pokemon look like the bugs whose collection the franchise is loosely based on. That is a terrible design decision for pretty much any Pokemon that isn't already a bug.

Not a fan of the spiky legs, there isn't enough contrast between the red & purple & it of course needs to be thiccer, but otherwise I don't mind this one too much. Has a decent emphasis on the centaur vibe

Too bad they existed already in Earth's biology. (And there was that one study that showed the bugs we have now likely are either the same or nearly the same as the giants.... just that there's not enough oxygen to support them now.)

I don't think you're talking about "able to exist" so much as "resembles an animal that already exists". The Realistic Kyogre earlier in the the thread is a good example. There's no real reason a creature with something resembling its original proportions couldn't exist, but they opted to make it look more like an Earth whale.
