Make F-00 into an official Steel / Electric Pokemon. It has a Optimal Form and a Broken Form. The Broken Form has increased speed and attack, but vastly reduced defense. It changes to Broken Form if you let it faint and do not revive it prior to the battle ending, and can only switch back to Optimal Form if you take it to a specific repair shop.
And that's at a minimum. I'd probably through some more Megas around, especially for gens V through VII. I'd also probably introduce fusion evos between really obvious groupings (Plus and Minun, Solrock and Lunatone, the three Elemental Monkeys, etc.), make a defective offspring of Ditto called Falsimile that can evolve to have the first type of any Pokemon that is traded with it, and introduce at least one new line that can change its stats and second typing by equiping one of several types of armors.
