New Mimikyu form is going to be a Mimikyu with angry Pikachu eyes and maybe some slightly different cloth details.

The explanation is gonna be that it hates Pikachu so much in this alternate universe that it misbehaves and does bad deeds disguised as Pikachu to smear it's name.
