Nope. Giovanni as meh. Archie and Maxie were idiots. Cyrus was an autist. Ghetsis was a generic world domination type. Lusamine was actually kind of unsettling, but she wasn't threatening enough to really be villain material.

Lysandre in concept should have been a good villain, but in execution it turned out painfully mediocre.

Ok cool, but why? What was your goal? Why do other people care if she spends eternity in ultraspace? She could not give less of a fug about the world and just wanted to have an eternal orgy with UBs in ultra space

so MAYBE she became obsessed in hopes of finding her husband again but even that much is not explicitly explained in the story and is just a passing dialogue post-game

There is a part in Lillie's dialouge when she tells that when her father disappeared Lusamine went apeshit with Ultra Beasts, because:

I think there's something to be said about Ghetsis being like that, though. I mean, most ideolouges are just in it to further their own advances and not entirely because "awh but it's the right thing to do".

I can't really say.
We're just fug buddies who meet about 2 or 3 times a month to fug.
She told me about the things she does but we have an agreement that I stay away from whatever she does and she stay away from mine or else we stop fugging.

Giovanni and Ghetsis were the best because they were evil and they knew it and they didn't give a fuck. All the others tried to be sympathetic or had their heads so far up their ass they thought what they were doing was best for the world. And it never worked.

If she had more of a plan, maybe. As it is she just chills out in Ultra Space. The ramifications of opening wormholes is never really fleshed out either, which is a shame because that would give her at least some villain cred.
