For people that have played Prism, what's the soonest I can possibly get a Special Electric STAB on Eevee if I evolve it into Jolteon at Lv 21 (which it's now at). I just beat the Grass gym, and I'm wondering if it's easiest to go try and find another Eevee since it only learns Thunder Shock at 15 and unfavorably Thunder Fang at 34 from level-up.
