The only thing that will break this Pokemon is whether or not it has the same base speed as Midday, or if it is going to be slower. Because if it's slower, it's not going to do that well.

Thunder Fang = 84 again. 10% chance of either flinching or paralyzing an opponent.
That's better than the elemental fucking punches (75 BP) that people carry on Pokemon for coverage. Fire Fang is good on those Grass- and Steel-types, while Thunder Fang is good coverage on Water-types.
Accuracy of Fang movesis 90% instead of 100%, so that's the only real disadvantage here.
Hopefully Lycanroc Dusk gets more coverage moves (and it gets the really good tutor moves that are affected by Tough Claws such as Superpower).
