I DO hope Game Freak actually goes into Pokemon forums for research on what to include in these games.

Them not doing it is what made Pre gen 6 good.
Them attempting to do that and failing to get who pokemon fans are is the cause of many Post Gen 5 problems.

And the pokemon fanbase is shit, I don't want a showdown clone with no plot. I'd rather them go back to only appealing to japanese kids.

Well that's why the level design has been getting progressively worse since BW1 and they introduced shit like Megas and Z-Moves if you hate those, so I don't think that's a good idea either.

Its what made everything good about the series. If I have to have Megas and Z-moves so be it.

And I don't hate Megas as a concept, just the way they executed in the lore.
Z-moves aren't an issue either but they're clearly too tied to Gen 7.

But gen 6's battle facilities had great amounts of effort put in for the 'core' gamer. With Gen 6 and 7 they actually started to pay more attention to unique type combinations etc.

going into the forums could go either way, none of the fans can agree with each other. Owlfags vs Bara fags, people who liked XY vs those who dont, Those who liked Sun and Moon etc.

56 here, I took my Time, even skipped a lot of places. What the fuck are you doing, rushing the game? I remember my first play trought AS was 60 Hours, the second one (I lost my save data) was 12 Hours, that was rushed, not the first one
