Well, Lusamine kind of went crazy and is now in a coma, Faba's a pompous douchebag who only got to his position by ass-kissing, and apparently Game Freak doesn't want Wicke to be relevant or important at all. That being said, you'd think they;d assign the position to a random scientist or some shit instead of some teen.
