literally just give it mirror coat. makes sense with its fur coat being the main point of its design. use cotton guard first then mirror coat any sp attacks back at double power. boom now it's a defensive beast

Its problems could probably be summarized as it being a normal type with a mediocre move list as well as stats. Improving anything other than it's ability would be a start, so basically anything

Give it Extremespeed, Fake Out, Recover, Double-Edge, and Multi-Attack (type based on fur). Should be decent in NU/RU. You can't make it go above that without messing with its stats or adding an evolution.
