Incineroar has the most to gain - combined with its Hidden Ability, Knock Off, Fire Punch and hopefully Thunder/Drain Punch will make it much better.

Primarina will benefit hugely from Heal Bell

Toucannon - Gunk Shot (maybe a pipe dream but it currently gets almost nothing for Sheer Force)

Crabominable - Drain, Focus and Thunder Punches.

Oricorio - Heat Wave

Lurantis - (contrary) Superpower

Comfey - (priority) Giga Drain

Palossand - Stealth Rock

Togedemaru - Stealth Rock, Endeavour, Iron Head, Iron Tail

Kommo-o - Superpower

If/when Incineroar gets move tutor moves and its HA I'll start using it in VGC(unless USUM Is like ORAS legendary spam)

It will be a really good support mon with fake out, knock off, intimidate and such.
