If you want each set of genital being functionnal for reproduction, I don't think it's possible because the only way to have both ovaries and testes is when you have heterozygote twins of different gender (pretty rare) while ones cannibalizes the other (hell of rare) and miraculously keep ovaries and testes (Seriously you better play the lottery). However, if you have a ballsack, you can't have a vagina, and vice-versa, for anatomical reasons, so you want your true herm to have a vagina, but balls localized somewhere else inside the body, which is pretty bad for the sperm count.
So it /may/ be possible, but the odds are so fucking thin anyway that it shouldn't even be considered because society shouldn't have to adapt to 0.00000001% of the population.
But who cares, the point is not to hate here.
If people are not okay with their gender, let them be. As long as they're not annoying fucks to everyone, I don't care.
For me, gender dysporia and the likes are mental illness, BUT that doesn't mean we should hate them for this reason. We should hate people because they're little shits, because they're trying to force their opinion on the others.
For example I won't hate someone with down syndrome just because they has it, I'll hate them if they're violent, or if they try to steal my stuff. In this case and only this case, screw them.
tl;dr : let everyone do whatever the fuck they want as long they're not bothering anyone. And if you are bothered by superficial stuff yourself, you probably should reevaluate your life.
