What's your point?

If anything it's probably a child posting this because if you've played any MMORPGs long enough you'd know they're the ones who constantly request such thing.

Can't even count the number of times the company I work for has had something like "in-game marriages" posted in the suggestion board and the player base for this game is predominantly 10 - 16 year olds.

There probably hasn't been any due to the series being first and foremost for kiddos.

I can see in a future game you eventually getting, let's say, one of four assistants to permanently accompany you on your journey, and which one joins you depends on diologue trees / how often you helped them out with sidequests. If you're actively trying to be an asshole, then it's also possible that none of them join you.
