that said he could benefit from either a better movepool or a better stat spread. Take those 30 highly unnecessary points in def and sp-def, shove'm into sp-atk and you've got something to work with

In a gen with only ~60 fully evolved pokemon, that's 1/3 of the metagame

Are you retarded? It's never a waste to outspeed more opponents, especially scarfers. It now ties with the two fastest megas, and outspeeds every non-mega barring fucking Ninjask, Pheromosa and Deoxys-S. That's especially good for volt switch, setting up screens, volt switch, etc.
