They are heavily promoting their Twitch channels and doing it full-time now, which means more pressing for Bits and donations and money during their 'shiny hunt' streams.
I can tell that they are beginning to get tired of nuzlocking the same games over and over and just persevering because they want to keep the flow of cash from the pokemon fans. They know they're fucked if they try to diversify into other games.
I mean, how long can they hope to survive on YouTube from nuzlockes and shiny reaction vids? It's a ticking time bomb.

And not mentioning the "oh sorry my video dropped here for a minute" tricks that GameboyLuke pulls when he wipes out his nuzlocke team and has to make an excuse for the edit cut where he retries the battle.
