Replace Goodra's Focus Blast with sludge Wave, and it holds a Dragon Fang. Gardevoir is fine the way it is, just slap an illegal nature on it like Cynthia's Garchomp so it has both extra SpA and extra defense (would be Mild Nature, but it has 2 +s instead of a + and a -, just like how Cynthia's Garchomp would be Brave but instead it's both Attack and Speed increased)
