Probably by just replacing the dungeon boss with a catchable legendary or mythical. Maybe add some roaming overworld pokemon or decrease wild encounter rate. And we know since botw that the part with the locked doors is skippable... And dungeon items could be replaced by pokemobile functions. I think its doable...but will never happen...
