Depends on the level, not everyone is as senestive as American SJWs.
If it was revealed that any of them collected loli doujins it probably wouldn't be a big deal. Also a reminder that the age of consent in Japan is 13.
Japanese people in general are pretty xenophobic too and stereotypes aren't often played for laughs, so it had to be something incredibly racist for them to actually feel any consequences.
