Because SM is shit in the right ways that it's impossible for them to fix the problems without making an entirely new game, so the only way for USUM to be worthwhile with the time they've had and with how they always revisit regions in mind is to have something that can stand with quality on its own as part of it like a quality Battle Frontier

Well BW fucked up like no other game could with the no pasts gens mons in the regional dex bullshit exclude that and it did almost everything else better except minor,subjective things like music,aesthetics.
