It'll be viable in Doubles. There's no way to block its Z-move besides switching in double Fairies, which, despite what the autists on here think, isn't a viable option for most teams.

One of the most common fairy moves is Dazzling Gleam and that hits both targets. This is the same thing as Extreme Evoboost; it's a gimmick that might sweep a team unprepared for it, but can be easily shut down by any competent player.

You're not suppose to judge Pokémon base on how strong or weak, they are.

If Pokémon were real and You were Pokémon Trainer.

Most of you would be power hungry, cruel monsters who only see Pokémon as tools rather than complex supernatural intelligence creatures.

I rather study Pokémon and collect data on All Pokémon than use them as tools.

This is one of reasons, I love the Pokédex.

Sound based fighting type with good Spa

Doesn't learn Vacuum Wave.

Infernape and Kommo-o should both get it as egg moves. As of now it seems only Lucario can use it.

You can always go mixed. You can even run Work Up to boost Clanging Scales before launching the Z-move and you would have +2 Attack and Special Attack.

The point is it can be revenge killed easily for common OU mons even at +2 attack and speed if you'll run that set, also you can add Latios, Latias and Mew to the list.
